This Department has specialized software that houses the entire database of registered trademarks in Bolivia, renewals, applications for registration, and oppositions submitted thereto. This software program facilitates our instant search for trademarks and registrations. In addition, this program provides for efficient processing and surveillance of trademarks registration, patents and copyrights.

This Department has a special software program created and developed by our Law Firm, containing the entire database of trademarks registered in Bolivia, their renewals, pending trademark requests and oppositions thereto, enabling us to perform instant trademark and registry searches for our clients. The database also facilitates the necessary procedures for the registry of trademarks, patents and intellectual property rights in an orderly, safe and dynamic manner. We also provide constant surveillance of trademarks and patents entrusted to us by our clients. At the same time, we can ascertain the existence of new requests for registration by third parties in opposition to the trademarks already registered by our clients.

Patents registration: A patent is the recognition by the State of an invention, be this a product or a procedure leading to the creation of a product that solves a specific problem.
