Criales, Urcullo & Antezana is the result of a merge between the Urcullo Law Firm and Criales and Associates. The Urcullo Law Firm was a family law firm with a background that goes back to the founding of the Republic of Bolivia (1825). Criales and Associates was a law firm with experience gathered in the economic reforms established in Bolivia since 1993.

The 1999 merger resulted in a Law Firm consisting of three (3) Partners combining experiences and abilities to provide legal services to both national and foreign clients.
