Our experience in this sector goes back to be members of the drafting team of the current Electricity Law (Law No. 1604 dated December 21st, 1994) and its regulations.

Significant transactions:
We assessed the Bolivian Administration on the capitalization process of Empresa Eléctrica Corani SAM, Empresa Eléctrica Valle Hermoso SAM and Empresa Eléctrica Guaracachi SAM.
We advised the Bolivian Administration on the privatization process of Transportadora de Electricidad TDE S.A. and the electricity distribution company ELFEC S.A.
We negotiated a joint venture agreement with ENDE for building and operating the electricity transmission line Caranavi - Trinidad on behalf of our client Ingelec S.A.
We negotiated electricity sales agreements on behalf of our client Valle Hermoso S.A., to provide electricity to Minera San Cristóbal S.A., the largest consumer in Bolivia.
We advised Prefectura de Tarija in a number of projects to provide electricity to the Department of Tarija, including new power plants and electricity lines.
