  • Advised ENTEL S.A. buying a controlling interest in the telecommunications company Datacom S.A.

  • Performing due diligence for Petrobras S.A. to buy a significant interest in the Rio Grande gas compression facility, as part of the Bolivia - Brazil pipeline.
