Significant transactions:

• In a more than a year process, we advised our client Transierra S.A. in closing construction and services agreements for the GASYRG pipeline, a 32-inch and 432 kilometers pipeline located in the South of Bolivia.

• We advised Ingelec S.A. in a Power Line Construction and Transmission Agreement and a Loan Agreement with Minera San Cristóbal S.A. and Andean Silver Corporation, to supply energy to the largest mining project in Bolivia and one of the largest silver mining projects in the world.

• We negotiated an EPC agreement on behalf of our client Telemenia Ltd. to provide a 15 MW thermoelectric plant to the city of Trinidad, Bolivia.

• We advised ABSA-INGELEC in an EPC agreement to build an electricity transmission line for Barrick on its Pascua Lama mining project in Chile, one of the largest gold mining projects in the world.

• We negotiated an EPC agreement on behalf of our client ABSA-INGELEC to provide electrical, instrumentation and telecommunications works to CB&I on its LNG project in Quintero Bay, Chile.
